Quick Start

Open your counter with one desk, one tablet, and one printer

FiatCoinLedger is built for cryptocurrency exchange stores. Think of it as your back office, counter terminal, and receipt trail working together in one system.

Best first-day setup: owner on PC, staff on Android tablet, receipt printer beside the counter.

Opening Kit

You do not need a server room. You need a practical counter setup.

1. Office PC or laptop

Use it for the web back office: stores, staff, rates, orders, reports, and subscription management.

  • Buy from normal office channels: Dell, Lenovo, HP, ASUS, Apple, or local computer shops.
  • Any modern browser-ready machine is fine.
  • Recommended for owner, manager, or finance desk.

2. Android tablet for the counter

This is the OTC trade registration device. Staff use it to enter customer details, amounts, TXIDs, and print actions.

  • Android 10 or above is the safe baseline.
  • Look on Amazon, JD, Taobao, Shopee, or local Android device resellers.
  • A 10-inch tablet is usually easier for front-desk operation.

3. Bluetooth receipt printer

After each trade, print a paper receipt for signature, filing, reconciliation, and dispute tracing.

  • The Android app already supports Bluetooth printer pairing.
  • Search local receipt hardware suppliers or online marketplaces for thermal receipt printers with Bluetooth.
  • Monthly and yearly plans may include a printer gift, but shipping is separate.

4. Stable internet and a charging plan

This sounds boring. It is also the part that prevents the most headaches.

  • Prepare store Wi-Fi or reliable mobile hotspot backup.
  • Keep the tablet and printer powered during the trading day.
  • If you operate multiple counters, give each station a clear device label.

How To Access The Software

FiatCoinLedger is not a single app. It is a small operating stack for the store.

Back office on the web

Open the console in your browser. This is where the owner or manager configures the business.

  • Use the Login button on this site to enter the web console.
  • Your account is tied to a tenant workspace.
  • Login currently uses username or email plus password.

Android app for the counter

The tablet app handles counter registration and printing. It is currently delivered as an APK workflow rather than a public app-store-first flow.

  • Install the official APK package provided after onboarding or by support.
  • On first install, Android may ask you to allow installation from unknown sources.
  • After installation, log in with the same account credentials.

Printer connection

The printer is paired from the Android side, then reused during the counter workflow.

  • Turn on Bluetooth on the tablet.
  • Pair the thermal printer inside the Android app setup flow.
  • Run one test print before your first live customer.

Launch Day In 6 Moves

This is the shortest sane path from zero to first printed receipt.

Use the trial registration page, verify the email, and create your tenant workspace.

02

Enter the back office on PC

Set up basic business information, staff accounts, store records, and exchange-rate rules.

03

Install the Android app on the counter tablet

Use the official APK package, then sign in with your operator account.

04

Pair the Bluetooth receipt printer

Connect the printer once and perform a test print before live operations begin.

05

Run your first trade

Record customer info, fiat or cryptocurrency amount, optional risk checks, and on-chain TXID binding.

06

Print and reconcile

Print the receipt, collect signature if needed, and review the order later in the back office.

Daily Store Routine

If the setup is the opening scene, this is the loop you repeat every day.

Morning: owner or manager

Check rates, confirm staff access, verify printer availability, and review yesterday's exceptions.

  • Update exchange-rate rules if needed.
  • Confirm the correct counter staff account is logged in.
  • Make sure paper roll and power are ready.

During the day: counter staff

Use the Android tablet to register each OTC transaction and keep every deal tied to a receipt and TXID trail.

  • Enter customer and exchange details.
  • Bind payment or chain transaction information.
  • Print the receipt immediately after completion.

End of day: reconciliation

Use the back office to review records across stores, staff, and counters.

  • Check completed orders and totals.
  • Review abnormal trades or missing chain references.
  • Export data or prepare for finance handoff when needed.

Before Your First Customer

  • A verified tenant account has been created.
  • The PC can log into the web console.
  • The Android tablet has the official app installed.
  • The tablet can log in with account credentials.
  • The Bluetooth receipt printer is paired and a sample receipt prints correctly.
